I cannot recommend Ethan and his team highly enough. This was a Melbourne CBD move between two modern high-rise buildings only minutes apart, which sounds easy, but anyone who has moved within the CBD knows it’s not. Tight lift booking windows, strict building management rules, limited loading dock access… it’s stressful and unforgiving if your movers aren’t organised. Ethan and his team arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled start time, fully prepared and ready to go. From the moment they began, they were incredibly efficient, careful, and attentive. They understood exactly how to work within the strict lift timeframes and managed everything smoothly without a single issue. What impressed me most? Both building managers, from my previous rental and my new apartment seemed impressed. One of them even told me, “You got the good mover.” Moving in CBD high-rises with tight lift systems is next-level stressful, and they handled it flawlessly. Absolutely incredible movers. We could tell the moment they arrived, assessed the house we were moving on and then got to work. They fit everything we wanted into their truck and made our move so much easier. We paid the stair fee (moved out of 2-storey and moved into 3-storey) and it was absolutely worth it, no way we could have gotten our fridge upstairs. Highly recommend.
