I stayed here solo for a week and I have to say I was very impressed with the hotel itself. The staff just got straight to the point and were very accommodating. This shows significantly in the hotels cleanliness as one of the cleanest hotels I’ve seen in the area which I’ve stayed at dozens of hotels and this hotel is even cleaner than some resorts in luxury places like Aruba! The cost for the room averaging about 225$ a night was relatively fair in my opinion, and reflects well in value. Now for my dislikes for this location? Well I don’t have many, but my biggest concern was the location itself, I had to drive 20-30 minutes to get to everything other than breakfast, which sucked, and incurred me hundreds of dollars extra in transportation costs, so much so that I had to rent a car halfway throughout my stay due to the cost of ubering. Now my other concern, I understand this is more of a business hotel, however the pool area could have been a little more spacious as it felt very cramped together with people when I went, which made me feel obligated to find a better poolside to relax at. I did see construction that they started on today, so I’m hoping they are addressing the space situation in their outdoor facilities soon. My final concern is the lack of dining options in the hotel, other than breakfast and a few small meals, this hotel didn’t really have many places to eat, making me having to uber into town to eat dinner, which was inconvenient, however the visual appeal was quite nice. Overall, very nice hotel, however it could have a few more features to it to polish it off. The main pro of this hotel is the 1000$ price difference in king rooms for a week from the resorts in town, which some have bed bugs which made me go with this hotel, but not considering the lack of amenities, and the location I would say this is a 5 star hotel. If you need a cheap place to stay closer than Florida west coast, west palm beach or Orlando, go here you’ll save a ton of money. Oh and one other thing, you should update the tvs to allow people to stream Netflix and stuff, the channels didn’t have a lot of stuff and it costs 25$ to rent a movie on there so yea that my last concern! Anyways, if I end up in the area in the future, I would definitely stay again, however personally this is a little bit of a distance from town, leading to almost half a day of driving around per week.

Our 1-night wedding night stay here was beyond phenomenal! From the moment we arrived, the check-in experience was smooth and welcoming thanks to the friendly, efficient, Tanyka at the front desk. She made us feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located. We especially enjoyed our time at the bar where Isieda took great care of us with excellent service and a fantastic vibe. Later, Damaien (Manager) stopped by to ensure everything was perfect, and Lucas (the chef) prepared a delicious meal that really impressed us. The highlight of the evening was sipping on perfectly chilled champagne — it was the perfect way to celebrate our wedding night! We also really appreciated the complimentary drink vouchers, which were such a generous and thoughtful touch that made our stay feel extra special. I stayed here for my birthday Last week. The hotel was nice and my room King bed with Water view was extremely Clean. The highlight of my Stay was the Beautiful woman Katrina who was my first point of contact at check in, She really set the tone of my stay! Katrina was Sooo Sweet, personable, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to accommodate my Request. Renaissance Please Keep Katrina Happy she is More than a asset. I'm coming back just to see her!
