Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the ConventionCenterPROVerified business?

I stayed for seven days. I LOVE everyone who works at The Echange and the restaurant. They’re attentive, kind, and incredibly friendly and skilled. I also appreciated that the front lobby accepted deliveries for me over my stay. I don’t know what happened with the care for my hotel room and why it didn’t get cleaned midway through my stay or why they didn’t return glasses and plates from my hotel room back to the restaurant downstairs. I called several times for it to get rectified, and it never did. Otherwise, I think it was a great place to stay. The rooms were great. I guess they’re not used to long accommodations.

Upon my arrival, I was made to feel like a rock star! My room was upgraded by Bailey of the front desk! She saw to it that I was accommodated! When I returned from commissioning program at the base nearby, I was greeted by a distinguished gentleman, who helped me stage my vehicle so I can easily meet my friends at the bar within. A quiet little corner that we were allowed to make our own, enjoying delicious spirits & food with fabulous service from Oscar, a talented mixologist, originally from Columbia! I recommend his double expresso martini! As expected, the Concierge Lounge delivered in ambiance, grace & views as it overlooked the Riverwalk. Make it a point to have a getaway within a getaway at this sublime flavor of Montgomery, AL.

Hotel is beautiful and sits near the River Walk in downtown Montgomery. From the moment wr arrived, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Our room was on the eleventh floor with a river view. I highly recommend the river view side of the hotel unless you want to look out over the city. We had fine dining at the hotel restaurant, The House. The food was great as was the service. The Alabama Sunset cocktail was a great treat as well. Valet service was also quick on departure. All in all a great and comfortable stay.
