We cannot say enough great things about this resort! We are celebrating our 20 year anniversary and they have surprised us with so much love! Upgraded our room to a beautiful view of the resort and Tennessee River, fruit plate with the sweetest card! They keep showering us with so many sweet surprises and love! Great location and the 360 restaurant is a must! Jenna was our server and was amazing. I can't remember the name of the young lady who was handing out the chef's special taste of the day but she was outstanding as well. The only negative was the weather which kept me from enjoying the pool!
Warm, descriptive, and polished Renaissance Shoals Resort is an impressive property that blends modern comfort with the deep musical heritage of the Shoals. The entire resort carries a creative energy rooted in generations of recording history, and you feel that legacy the moment you walk in. Everything throughout the property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Our room overlooked the beautiful pool area, with the Tennessee River and Wilson Dam stretching out behind it. It’s the kind of view that makes you pause for a moment before unpacking. The 360 Grille, perched 27 stories above the area, delivered a panoramic look at the river, the dam, and the surrounding landscape—an experience that’s as memorable as the meal itself. The workout room was surprisingly well equipped, offering multiple weight machines along with treadmills and orbitals, making it easy to keep a routine while traveling. Overall, Renaissance Shoals Resort delivers a thoughtful mix of comfort, history, and scenery that makes for a genuinely enjoyable stay.
