We recently completed a basement remodel that was truly a dream project, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The team was incredibly patient with our evolving ideas and changing requirements, and helped guide us through the entire process. The project involved structural modifications as well, and they took the lead on both design and execution with confidence and expertise. What really stood out was their hands-on approach and how efficiently everything was managed from start to finish. Great experience overall—highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about James and Nadia and the amazing job they did renovating our whole house. They were organized and worked diligently to stay on the promised time frame. They got our whole kitchen done and ready to use in three weeks!!! They had to gut it, remove a stair case, and support a load bearing wall!! We did our kitchen, three baths, stair case, changed fireplace surround, changed all exterior windows, doors and added a new exterior door to laundry room. We also had them give us custom locker/drop area in laundry room and they customized our master closets. They have a beautiful design studio and used a design program to help us bring everything to life first. Nadia drove all over to find samples and bring my vision to life. She had great ideas and great resources to make it all happen. James checked in everyday on his contractors and contributed so much experience to the process. Any issues were addressed right away. They even came back after everything was done to fix a few things. If they didn’t know something they took the time to find out. The quality of the work was amazing. Yes, they are priced higher than others but you really get what you pay for. I hired them after seeing the quality work they did on a friends basement redo. Highly recommend Reno Crafters Plus. I will use them again for figure projects.

RCP was a delight to work with. They took the stress out of updating our kitchen. When I felt overwhelmed with the project, the attentiveness & suggestions from the Design Team were very much appreciated and just what I imagined. This entire process was personable yet professional. We are very happy with our new chef’s kitchen. I think the utility sink is my favorite! Thanks again RCP and I’m looking forward to redesigning another space.
