Dave from Repair Daemon is always very communicative, friendly and arrives on time. He is a credit and asset to your company. He keeps us updated with ETAs and always lets us know if he will be arriving early to collect our IT equipment. He also is very polite, professional and friendly with our Reception staff and they have also expressed how nice Dave is every time he has collected or dropped off our IT Equipment.
Really impressed with this laptop repair service. They were super quick and very honest from the start about the cost and the risks of repairing a damaged motherboard. Instead of trying to sell me an expensive repair, they explained that it would be better to replace the motherboard entirely, which I can do myself.
