👍🏼 Positives: The ZIWIG EndoTest arrived within 48 hours of ordering it, and the instructions were ten-fold & incredibly clear. It's pretty much impossible to muck this up. The process is completely non-invasive and the results are clear with no room for misinterpretation. 👎🏼 Negatives: I removed a star because I had to chase up the results after just over a month (I was told to expect a 2-4 week turnaround & I emailed them at 5 weeks). 👉🏼 Overall: I would definitely recommend this test for anyone feeling anxious over having to wait months & months for a laparoscopy. This is much safer, & cuts waiting time significantly!

My daughter has a kiwi allergy (anaphylaxis) and we wanted to check for other allergens due to mild symptoms with other foods. We ordered the Alex2 test which was delivered within a couple of days. I put my name instead of my daughters by mistake but Tobias changed this at no extra charge. I posted the blood sample back on Monday and the results were in by Saturday. No specific allergens were identified but her total IgE was well above the expected range which gives us a starting point to work from when we have the appointment at the allergy clinic in March. Tobias took the time to reply to my emails over the weekend which I was not expecting. The customer service was fantastic from start to finish and I recommend this company for Alex2 blood testing.

My experience using Repose Healthcare at home test kits has been superb. I am a doctor myself and I have purchased at home kits from several companies; I have used many over the past 3 years. I only wish I had discovered Repose earlier. The best I have used. From ordering to getting results 5 star service. I have to mention Tobias, excellent service even replying to an email enquiry out of hours at the weekend!! My results were sent to me within 72 hours and this included me posting on a Friday. Previously, with other companies, I have had to chase them for results - after weeks. From now on, if Repose have the test I need, they will be my go to. I have to mention cost, some of their kits are more expensive than others but some are cheaper. However, I trust their results. I trust their lab. The turnaround time is superb. Customer service exceeded expectations and that matters more to me. If in doubt, try them!
