Residence Inn by Marriott WestOrangePROVerified business?

I am a Gold Member with Marriott and this experience was one of the worst experience I encountered. I was traveling for business and informed the front agent I was here on business. I also asked when breakfast is served and when she responded 6:30am I said I will be gone by 5:30am. My issue with my stay the agent put me in a room where I was sharing an a joining room and in the middle of a wedding party who had no respect for guest. They were loud and obnoxious with music and slamming of doors. I called the front desk multiple times. Finally on the 3rd call the front desk associated came to quite them down. When I left in the morning I complained again. Agent response was i did come and no one answered the door for the a joining room. I said I know when you finally came they already hopped to another room. She was not apologetic or had any sympathy for me. I spoke with the manger Marissa today and she was the same way. So if you have an issue don't think the staff will go above and beyond for you. Also they are doing construction right now so I would avoid staying there for the next 6 month to a year. The rooms are large and nice. Ill give them that. Unhappy guest.

The hotel itself was good, and overall we had a pleasant stay. However, our checkout experience was disappointing. I called the receptionist to ask if we could have a late checkout until 4:00 PM, and she responded in a rude manner and simply said no. After that, multiple staff members kept coming to our door, which felt unnecessary and very uncomfortable. We have stayed at many hotels before, and this is the first time something like this has happened to us. It felt embarrassing and insulting. Better communication and more respectful customer service would have made a big difference.

Our suite during our recent stay was truly exceptional. It was very spacious, clean, and most importantly, quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable. We were grateful for the full kitchen, which served us well during our two-night stay. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, and we appreciate their service. Very nice pool area. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
