Revo Restoration &ConstructionPROVerified business?

I found them through Google search in quite a bit of hurry after a car crashed into the load-bearing wall of my rental property. From my very first conversation with Kelly, who was incredibly professional, responsive, and reassuring, I immediately felt that this company had it together. At some point, the process of dealing with the contractor was so smooth that I even wondered for a hot minute if they were too good to be true! (Don't worry, they are simply that good!) The team knew exactly how to navigate the insurance claim, coordinated directly with my tenant, and only contacted me when my involvement was actually necessary. As a landlord who does not live at the property, that level of communication and common sense was an enormous relief. Most importantly, the work was completed beautifully and thoroughly. They even identified additional, inconspicuous damage on the upper floor caused by the impact that the insurance adjuster had completely missed. Even the payment process was effortless. Because I preferred to pay by check, they kindly drove all the way to my residence to pick it up, saving me the trouble of mailing it through insured mail. I later learned that the owner, Delmar, previously worked in commercial construction and recognized a major gap in the professionalism and customer experience often provided to residential customers. He built Revo to bring that same commercial-grade standard of service to homeowners and residential property owners. And it absolutely shows. Revo is responsive, knowledgeable, trustworthy, considerate, and exceptionally well-run. In an industry where it can be difficult to know who to trust, this company truly stands apart. I would recommend them without hesitation, and will definitely be using them again should the needs arise. Thank you Kelly, Delmar, and the team!

Jordan and his crew was amazing! He was professional, knowledgeable, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. The water mitigation, water extraction, moisture detection, and structural drying were handled quickly and professionally. Highly recommend REVO for any water damage restoration or emergency water removal!

I called Revo after discovering water damage in my upstairs bathroom, and they were incredibly responsive from the start. They came out quickly, assessed the damage, and explained exactly what needed to be done. The customer service eas incredible! The entire team was professional, respectful, and kept me updated throughout the process. They worked efficiently, did a great job cleaning up the affected area, and made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. It's hard to find a company that's this honest, reliable, and easy to work with. I highly recommend Revo to anyone dealing with water damage. Hopefully I won't need them again, but if I do, they'll be my first call.
