The worst customer service I've experienced in my entire life. I'm beyond upset with this company. I made my order which was to take 5 days to deliver but ended up taking 2 weeks and still some items were missing and ended up taking another week for them to come. On top of that, the customer service are just coached to lie to you and give you false hopes that they will deliver soon. This guys really messed my project time frame, and alot of things stalled because of them.

I doubt their ability to supply. My order was delayed for 4 days and was not supplied in full. Until today there is no feedback as to when the balance will be available, and yet my payment is done in full. The customer service is very poor as my calls to the contact persons have gone unanswered. How does a customer have confidence in a project running smoothly when materials are not available from a factory!? Joseph M.

I had a nasty and painful experience with Rhino Mabati, Meru branch. I ordered Roman tile, coffee matte 28G on Sept 21st 2020 and fully paid for them, over 190,000. Was promised they'd be delivered within seven days. A week later I received 28 pieces of iron sheets which turned out to be the wrong delivery. I enquired and was told to wait for my correct order. Two weeks later, I was still waiting. Really disappointing.
