We had an absolutely superb experience with Kash from start to finish. From our first phone call, he was friendly, professional, and made all the arrangements effortless and stress free. On the day, everything was perfect , we were picked up locally right on time and travelled in a beautiful Mercedes, which made the whole journey feel extra special. Arriving at Storrs Hall in the Lake District in such style, with the stunning hotel and grounds, we certainly didn’t feel out of place! From the moment we got in, we opened a bottle of champagne and our holiday began in true first class fashion. Throughout the journey, we felt completely safe and relaxed, able to sit back and take in the beautiful views. Kash was incredibly professional and personable, and his care really stood out. I was dealing with a knee condition, and the kindness and support he showed to both me and my husband was exceptional. He also helped with all our luggage, and I certainly don’t travel light! 😊 The return journey was equally excellent, just as smooth, comfortable, and well organised as the trip there. On top of all this, his services were very competitively priced, offering fantastic value for such a high quality experience. I honestly cannot recommend this service highly enough.
