I had a great experience at Rime Ice Cream. The ice cream tastes delicious, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality offered. The ambiance is pleasant and welcoming, making it a nice place to relax and enjoy a treat. The staff are friendly, courteous, and provide excellent service. Overall, it's a wonderful spot for ice cream, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
Visited Rime Ice Cream recently and had a pleasant experience. The ambiance is really nice, clean, and has comfortable seating. We tried their stone ice cream and the fresh mango dessert, and the presentation was great. The ice cream itself was good and definitely satisfied our sweet cravings, though it didn't quite have that 'wow' factor to make it perfect. Similarly, the customer service was decent and polite, but pretty standard. Overall, it's a solid spot to hang out and grab a dessert, but there is just a little room for improvement to make it a 5-star experience, variety on the menu here the pricing is a bit on the higher side, comparable to high-end premium parlors. Because of that, we expected slightly better hospitality. The service was mostly fine, but when we asked for tissues for our table of 4, the staff only gave us 2. When we had to ask a second time, they handed us exactly 2 more. Rationing tissues like that came across as a bit stingy
