Roofing Repairs CentralCoastPROVerified business?

I recently hired K Thompson Roofing to restore my 40 year old roof which had begun showing its age wear, tear and several leaks. From the initial consultation through to completion, the entire process was seamless, professional and stress free. Karl and his team provided exceptional service from start to finish. Communication was outstanding throughout the project and Karl took the time to answer all of my questions, ensuring I was kept informed every step of the way. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently and were always friendly, respectful and professional. Their attention to detail was second to none and the quality of workmanship was truly first-class. It was clear that they take great pride in the work they do. What impressed me most was their willingness to go above and beyond what was quoted. As an added touch, they painted spare roof tiles for us to keep in storage for any future storm damage or repairs. This thoughtful gesture demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction and long-term care for their clients. Once the job was completed, all rubbish and materials were removed, leaving the property spotless. The transformation of our roof has been incredible and the value for the money was exceptional. Karl runs a professional roofing business that genuinely stands out from the rest. He and his team were absolute gentlemen and a pleasure to deal with through out the entire process. I highly recomment K Thompson Roofing to anyone looking for quality workmanship, honest advice, excellent communication and reliable service. Thank you Karl and the team , for an outstanding job we couldn't be happier with the result.

Karl has renovated our tile roof back to new. His workmanship was exceptional as was his professionalism and reliability. I would highly recommend him. Thank you.

Karl was brilliant, he actually looked for the source of the roof leak properly, explained why it was leaking and how he would fix it. Quote was good and lucky for me, he had a free spot at short notice and the work was done quickly. It’s just rained for 2 days and I’ve had no phone calls from the tenant so I’m really happy.
