Rosemary & Pepper FlowerCoPROVerified business?

My sister and I walked into this florist with high expectations as my sister had received flower arrangements from this business. Looked at ideas for Christmas arrangement, had six recipients and we provided names, addresses and phone numbers as well as descriptions of arrangements that we requested and the price range to stay within. We were advised to go with florists choice as the arrangements would be more personalized, sounded good anyway. We also gave them a range to deliver in, December10-15th, thinking most people would be home saturdays to accept. I called Saturday morning, asked for status on deliveries as no recipient had received. They would look into it they said. The confirmation emails stated they were ordered at 12:40, that day, right after I got off the phone with them. Some of the arrangements were delivered by Monday, many of which were far below expected quality, we paid $90 for each order, CASH! My daughters was literally carnations with a couple roses delivered in a vase that had a crack in it so all the water leaked out and the flowers were dead in two days. My nieces was a cute arrangement but there was no way to water them as there was no plastic container to hold water. When I called, and then sent pictures of the dissapppinting arrangements, Jennifer said she was displeased and was going to call these florists and see what they could do. I understand that they may not have been willing to do anything as my opinion of the quality was my opinion but their standard. . In the end, I would have expected rosemary and pepper to call me with an update of their findings and offer some sort of reimbursement but I have heard nothing, no follow up email or call. I will not be using this florist, or any florist for that matter as I was disappointed in the quality of all of them and I would advise people to order exactly what you see in the book and expect nothing less. But know, you won’t get that anyway. Would you pay $90 for this ? Vase was cracked and flowers dead in four days.

We chatted briefly about my vision, favorite flowers and used my inspiration photos to create such stunning arrangements that perfectly matched my color scheme and vision. Everything was very timely, and the staff at Rosemary and Pepper are very professional. Jennifer is so sweet. She even delivered a few dozen peach roses she had sitting at the shop she thought would go perfectly at my wedding! I could not recommend this florist enough!

I bought the most lovely arrangement upon short notice on a Friday from Rosemary & Pepper. It had all the colors that I had hoped for and it smelled amazing! I will definitely be ordering again from them. Very pleased with my purchase. Thanks so much R&P!
