⭐ 1-Star Review – Roshar Trailers I would strongly recommend avoiding Roshar Trailers based on my experience. The first trailer I purchased had to be returned twice because it was not built to the agreed specifications. Shortly after, it became clear the alignment was incorrect, with tyres wearing out and going bald in under six months — completely unacceptable for a new trailer. The original trailer invoice was dated 24/11/2024. Less than 12 months later, I was already contacting Roshar regarding widespread rust issues, including rust between seams, rust bleeding through joints, and areas that had clearly not been painted properly. I formally requested a replacement trailer on 15/11/2025. Roshar agreed to replace the trailer. I was initially promised the replacement before the new year, which then slipped to February. There were also conflicting statements regarding delivery, with Raki initially confirming delivery to Bayswater, then later stating they do not deliver there. I attended the Bayswater yard to collect the replacement trailer on 11/04/2026. Upon inspection, I immediately noticed rust bleed visible throughout joints and seams, along with areas that again appeared to have inadequate or missing paint coverage. Staff at the Bayswater yard also acknowledged this was not acceptable and required rectification. I refused to take delivery in that condition. The trailer was then returned to their Braeside warehouse. Roshar later advised that rust around seams and corners was considered normal and that many customers return trailers for respraying every 1–2 years as part of “normal maintenance.” See attached photos for the full email response. I followed this up by phone. Raki refused to identify who wrote the email, stating it came from “head office,” despite there being no clear head office structure. He also declined to provide any assurance that the replacement trailer would be free from the same issues. I was later advised the issues had been rectified and attended the Bayswater yard again on 18/04/2026 to collect the trailer. After getting it home and inspecting it further, I found the same concerns still existed, including rust already visible in seams and joints on what was supposed to be a brand-new build. The replacement trailer is still less than one month old and already presents in a condition I would not reasonably expect from a new trailer. After leaving further negative reviews regarding these ongoing issues, I began receiving phone calls from another staff member at Roshar Trailers. During these calls, I was offered touch-up paint work twice a year if I removed my review. I declined, as painting over rust every six months is a band-aid solution and does not address the underlying workmanship or long-term durability concerns. I was told this was “standard practice.” During one of these calls, I explained that in my own business, if a customer is not happy, the issue is properly rectified. I was then asked whether I believed operating with equipment in poor condition would impact my ability to win work. I responded yes — because presentation and maintenance of equipment reflects how a business operates and how it will look after a customer’s property. The staff member then laughed at me, at which point I ended the call. The problems still persist: • Rust already visible in seams, including between the drawbar and chassis • Rear barn door design contacts and damages the toolbox • Paint overspray across signage • Areas with inadequate paint coverage After continuing to raise these concerns, I have now also been blocked on all of Roshar Trailers’ social media platforms instead of having the issues properly addressed. For a new trailer, the workmanship and finish are well below what should reasonably be expected. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend considering alternative suppliers with better build quality and quality control.
