Hired this guy to inspect a condo on the Southside of Chicago and he failed to go on the roof to inspect the AC Condenser. I called him later in the day and asked why and he said that he forgot and apologized. I informed him my inspection contingency was close to expiration and asked if he could come back out the next day to do the inspection and he agreed. The next day he went to the property and couldn't locate the AC Condenser on the roof so he was unable to do any tests. I had to hire another home inspection from a different company. This guy is not reliable. His response below is not accurate. I called this guy later after the inspection and asked hime why he failed to inspect, his response was that he should have had the young man that was with him go up on the roof and he apologized to me for not doing so. He agreed to come back the next day but failed to call me like I instructed him...I wanted to meet him. I had to hire another company (Brick Base Home Inspections LLC) to come out and inspect the ac condenser on the roof . Guy Gray was able to identify the condenser even though it was not marked and gave me a satisfactory inspection for less money. By the way Mr Seebreeze, I am a disabled veteran and cannot climb a ladder
As first time home buyers or seasoned homeowners you still miss seeing things like proper installation of appliances and outlets having the proper grounding or trees too close to the house/ wiring. Having a Home Owners Inspection was very important on so many levels because depending upon the report will help you make an informed decision without hidden surprises and having an inspector come in and inspect the house from top to bottom, inside and out including all buildings on the property, you would want a company such as Sabreezz Home Inspection Company to come out and do the work. Robert was easy to talk to and he explained everything he was doing and answered questions clearly. The report we received was long but thorough and easy to read as promised and sent in a timely manner, ( 2 days as promised). Robert is professional but approachable. I appreciate the honesty and service. I would recommend this service. I have used this service twice and received the same stellar service as the first. Thank You Robert
