Don't care what most people say about Safe Medical Transportation. They are number 1 in my book. They call me if they are going to be late. And call when early. They are the sweetest people answering the phones and drivers are very respectable. You give respect you get respect. Safe is number one in my books.
Please do not use this transportation. Very bad and never show up to pick you up. I had them 4 times in the roll on the Saturdays. Never showed up and they canceled your ride for no reason, or they will say that they was at your place. The worse transportation in the world or worse transportation even. So if you see this transportation on your profile ask for another transportation asap. If you don't good luck they will not show at all. I don't even know if this company exists at all. Very bad service and never answer your calls. Please don't use this company at all. Tell your family and friends not to use them at all. Very bad very bad.. NO GOOD TRANSPORTATION.
DO NOT contact this company!!!!! The customer service is bad! As a consumer, I am tired of accepting bad customer service behavior. Ignot is the person who answers the phone and is RUDE! The company is very unprofessionally run. He tells me he is going to call me back and he doesn't. He did that 2 or 3 times. When I questioned him about it, he had the nerve to get bad and start talking back to me. I've been trying to get transportation set up for my mother since early December. Every time I called that company, he answers the phone "Hello", like he's at home. This time I asked him why he answered the phone that way. He proceeded to cut me off, argue with me, get mad and hung up the phone on me!!!!!!!!! Really? I called right back and told him to cancel the application for my mother. If he treated me, a new customer in that manner, I can only imagine how the company treats their elderly clients. Stay away from this company.
