St Francis water company shut my water off. I knew I was behind, the online payment system was down for almost a month. My bill was received on Tuesday, stating payment was due on May 25th. I paid both accounts on the 15th. No shut off notice was given or a courtesy call before the water was shut off. When I called the office the individual I was talking to was very hateful. I understand I was late, but I do feel like a shut off notice or a courtesy call should be made to a consumer when it’s a utility service.
