Excellent service! I had to move 3 large, heavy cars at short notice from a North-west location to various destinations. The response was immediate and communication very professional - even though I changed the pick-up times and delivery addresses twice. Even when the driver couldn't find my location because of postcode issues, he patiently kept trying until he found us. The price was very reasonable and the service was first class. Everyone that I dealt with was good natured and, overall, it was everything that you would want from a company.

Solid service, broke down near Coventry and the AA couldn't fix me at the roadside so checked local breakdown providers. Rang Sam's as we were heading back to London regardless and was very helpful and efficient on the phone, gave a quick quote and had someone sent out immediately via a third party. Hopefully will not have to use again but very helpful to us in a frustrating time!

Sam responded very quickly to my online request for a tow from a Heathrow indoor car park. Communication was a little difficult as i was abroad with a 6 hour time difference it Sam kept me informed of progress, was very easy to deal with, and dealt with it in a timely manner. Couldn't be happier with the service, highly recommend.
