Wow! Our home has been under construction for over a year now and is almost done! We just finished painting and were in need of a deep clean. The attention to detail is unlike any other cleaning service we have had. We have 4 dogs, so having 16 paws running around the house also requires a lot of upkeep! The communication and professionalism is incredible and the little touches like towel origami and tissues/toilet paper made into bows were such a nice surprise. We are so excited to begin our weekly cleanings moving forward! Highly recommend!!!!

I’ve been using Samter Cleaning, and Sam in particular, for the past six years with bi-weekly service, and I couldn’t be happier. In all that time, I can honestly think of only one or two minor things I’ve ever mentioned, which is incredible. I’ve used several different cleaning services over the years, and that’s well below what I’ve experienced elsewhere. Sam does an excellent job managing her team. The crews are professional, thorough, and consistently leave the house looking fantastic. They pay attention to the little finishing touches that make a real difference, and if they ever have a question, they always reach out instead of making assumptions. One thing I really appreciate is the flexibility. There have been times I’ve needed a cleaning on short notice, and Sam has been able to accommodate me. Other times I’ve needed to skip a visit, and she’s always been understanding and easy to work with. Overall, the quality of the cleaning, attention to detail, communication, and customer service have been outstanding. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, and I highly recommend Samter Cleaning to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality cleaning service.

I couldn’t be happier with the service! The team was punctual, friendly, and did such a thorough job—my house has never looked better. They went above and beyond with the little details, and everything feels so clean and refreshed. It’s such a relief to find a company you can trust in your home. I’ll definitely be booking again and recommending to friends and family!
