Beware everyone, I was scammed by this clothing store. I live in Italy and bought a lot of clothes from them totaling €216. They shipped them, but they never arrived. I called the Italian postal service and they told me they didn't deliver because they put an incomplete address on the package label.I have always bought products from all over the world and have always given the complete and identical address to all the stores. I contacted Sarman by email and they had the audacity to ask me to buy another €75 to have the clothes reshipped, even though I had already paid for them and, due to their error, they hadn't delivered them. After they charged me an additional €75 to resend the clothes I had mistakenly bought, I was certain they were scamming me. I asked for a refund of the €216 from the purchase and they told me they would deduct €75, what a joke, a scam. I went to the Canadian consumer protection website and now I'm waiting for some justice from the law, because this clothing store is not acting correctly.

I bought 2 Denim jackets from sarman . I got it after 2 months from my ordered date .Believe me the size and quality are so worst . I bought that 2 is 250 Euros but that look like 15 euro per pice . I promise don’t buy anything from here . You will get the worst quality. And I saw lots of positive reviews here . And I think they did it to show the public . Thanks
