Patiently waited for their team to implement the IVR solution for 1.5 years but even then they could not. on testing data is not visible, audio is not clear, call gets disconnected automatically, after providing detailed flow it is difficult for them to implement, they take months to change servers for solution related to calls. They even take weeks to give response, and years to implement, committed to refund the payment by their executive Vikas but then the company denied also there is no point going to their office as they will make you wait more than 2 hours to even meet. They could not implement the solution and then they say that "TIME'S UP...pay again". Suggesting everyone to be vary before associating with the company
