We booked this venue for our wedding. Overall the price was reasonable for dry hire but they like you to use their vendors. As soon as you choose vendors who are not their partners, they do not like it. They charged us £300 per hour for earlier access to decorate the venue. Which is absurd. The minimum hours they give for external vendors to decorate is not enough. Our wedding also landed on a very hot day, we spoke to the management to make sure air conditioning was working for our big day, as we want it to be enjoyable for everyone. They reassured us but on the day of the wedding. The air conditioning was not working and it was an awful experience. They provided two fans but that was useless. They also resort to lying and devious tactics to not take accountability. I would not recommend this venue at all. Take your money and spend it somewhere else with better customer service.

Clean and spacious with high ceilings. A pleasant venue suitable to hold various range of events, supported by function rooms of differing sizes situated on 3 levels. The on-site car park can hold vehicles for approx. 200 guests. Overflow parking is available along the nearby streets subject to parking restrictions and event days (Wembley stadium nearby).
Navratri celebrations, traditionally a vibrant and community-focused festival, felt more like a commercial venture this year. The event management seemed solely focused on ticket sales, leading to severe overcrowding. This made it difficult to enjoy the performances or participate in the Garba and Dandiya dances comfortably. The lack of effective crowd management and basic amenities detracted significantly from the spiritual and festive atmosphere, turning what should have been a joyous occasion into a stressful experience. Hopefully, organizers will prioritize attendee comfort and safety over profits in future events.
