A very good place to live. Its near to everything. Shop houses below, near east coast park, near parkway hospital, i12 katong mall, parkway parade mall and geylang serai market. It has a rooftop pool with a sky gym. Everything is near. I love living here. Great place to call home.
I am an interior designer and contractor. I did a project here. There were some mild leaking issues with the wall. The walls are not symmetrical. Other than these few quirks, the neighbourhood and interesting eateries are definitely the selling points. Parking is abundant but do remember to put your parking coupons.
