Absolutely appalling service. This pharmacy has failed to deliver our essential medication for over two months, leaving us without treatment. They almost never answer the phone, despite countless attempts to contact them, and when you do manage to get through, nothing gets resolved. I warned them that I would be reporting their conduct to the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and the NHS, but they simply ignored me. Leaving patients without essential medication for this length of time is completely unacceptable and shows a shocking lack of care and professionalism. I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone who depends on receiving their medication on time. Avoid at all costs.

After calling and walking into every single pharmacy in Newham trying to get my medication (which is a challenge in itself due to the shortage)... every place had appalling customer service.
