Sohna really NAILED my hair. I received Sooo many compliments from all my co-workers. She truly executed this look the way that I had imagined. The bonus is that Her establishment is VERY clean and such a nice & calm setting. I’ll definitely be back!
I've been to this establishment 3 times, there's no clarity on prices! .. when the job is done prices change!!! That's not customer service.. Honesty and keeping your word on prices thar was agreed to is Customer service...Sona said "Rita its ALSO your fault because the hair has always been extra!! "SINCE WHEN? THE HAIR WAS ALWAYS INCLUDED. The second time I paid an extra 100.00 that was NEVER DISCUSSED.. I paid it ! The 3rd time? Now your charging for hair that was always included before.. Paying it was not the issue. Its the principle... I asked you for your service as a paying customer, what you charge other people doesn't concern me. What concerns me is what was agreed to.. Post your prices in your Salon and whats included so people will know what they're paying!!! I will never recommend this Salon again
Great customer service, my first time there but it was like she has been my stylist like forever. pricey but money well spent and I am definitely going back 😘
