Kim is an awesome insurance agent!!! She is very informative and so friendly. She goes above and beyond to make sure you as a client are happy. I would recommend her a 1000 times over!

I have worked with members of the team at Schwartz in Coaldale for many years. They are a fantastic group that that will go above and beyond to make sure my house and vehicle insurance and priced well with adequate coverage. Quick thanks to Kim for always being a pleasure to deal with and promptly replying to my texts for changes.

We have been with Schwartz Reliance Insurance for 4 years & couldn't be happier. Insurance rates have gone through the roof (no pun intended!) but Lori C & her team have worked hard to ensure our coverage is actually what we need, and our annual premium is as low as possible. Jamie H has worked hard this last week with excellent communication where she asked many questions like how many km's I drive to work which is 1/3 of the km's listed on the policy. That small change saved us money and she removed my Wife as commuting to work (she does not work), plus a quote from another Insurance Company all totalled saved us 20% per year or over $525/year! Schwartz Reliance in Coaldale is 1 of the few Insurance Brokers that is willing to spend the time to ensure I have the best coverage at the best price. I highly recommend them for their knowledge, experience & excellent customer service.
