Prior to working with Seadmok, I spoke with many other contractors in the area that were difficult to work with. From the moment I made contact with Seadmok to the end of the process, they have been nothing but seamless and professional. The owner and his team were extremely responsive, there was never an issue with communication. They were able to get materials needed much quicker than anticipated, and got the work done quickly. It has been absolutely refreshing to work with a utility company that truly does care about customer satisfaction while ensuring that the job is done right. Project: Increasing main water line, making a tap to public water, digging a trench, releveling, and seeding. Seadmok should be a gold standard for any water construction project.

Needed to upgrade my water meter and supply line to 2in for a property in Baltimore City. The process was a pain to say the least…contractors wouldn’t take the job, weren’t licensed or approved by the City, job wasn’t large enough, etc. Seadmok connected me with the right people, navigated me through the permitting process, and did the entire construction project in one day….even washed and cleaned the street. There was little to no disruption to my neighbors and the crew was the best I’ve seen. Thank you Sidney, now I’m back on track.
