Seb Academy - O Level & JC Chemistry TuitionBishanPROVerified business?

Am a parent of a O level student who just received her results. Wanna appreciate Mr Lim for his enthusiasm, patience and heartfelt mentoring which took my girl from a C5/6 at Sec 3 to an A2 at O levels. So much patience was seen in encouraging my child, and time taken to engage/work together with me to help my child. It’s been an awesome ride, with a fantastic teacher who makes things so fun for the kids that my girl willingly treks 40mins for tuition! Thanks once again Mr Lim!

Effective tuition with a very enthusiastic teacher. Mr Seb Lim gives utmost care and support for his students and wants every student to not only do well in exams but enjoy chemistry. He makes lessons entertaining and engages meaningfully with each student. Closer to exams, he will provide online consultation sessions for students to clarify their doubts as well as run through more challenging topics. Students can also whatsapp Mr Lim to ask questions and he provides answer and explanation in a timely manner.

My son achieved an A1 for his O level Chemistry (he’s not been a consistent A grade student) and I attribute a big part of this to Sebastian and the fantastic tutor he is and the excellent support provided leading up to and during the exam season. In terms of teaching, Sebastian is able to break down difficult concepts and explain it in a way which is easy to understand. Concepts which were taught in school which my son did not understand were clarified once Sebastian taught these. I have been very impressed with how professional, proactive and dedicated Sebastian is - the amount of support and resource provided is fantastic and my son did not lack anything. In fact, he probably had too much provided to him (but who’s complaining?). From charting out detailed revision plans to organizing daily morning revision boost sessions to planning final review sessions prior to each paper, my son was fully supported throughout his O level exam journey and I couldn’t have asked for more. In addition, Sebastian always goes the extra mile to create/compile exclusive resources to ensure his students are very well positioned (eg., chemistry bible and curated summaries and compilations etc). Seeing how well my son was supported and resourced was extremely reassuring to me. Further, I really appreciated the fact that Sebastian always made time for my son to consult (this does not happen with all tutors) hence I felt very confident leaving my son in Sebastian’s good hands. Sebastian really is the GOAT for secondary school Chemistry! Thank you Sebastian for everything you have done! You are such an amazing and committed tutor! You have set the bar so high that I now have the challenge of scouting a clone of you for my son’s A levels Chemistry. I highly highly recommend Sebastian for his Chemistry program! 👍👍👍
