Horrible business, took payment from my bank account even after I had cancelled the policy the month prior. They kept reassuring that my refund will be in my account soon, instead they deducted money from my account a second time. I never sign an authorization for automatic payment, yet they deducted the money anyway. Ridiculous!!!!
