I brought a Samsung fold from this shop on the 16th January this year. Its was one of the most expensive in shop. They did not have case to fit it, however the woman behind the counter assured me that it gad " panza protect" I did not know the product; however, She said it would protect screen if I dropped it. Im pretty gentle with my phones so it wS ni biggie, however I did get a full voter across the road. Three weeks later, I awoke in the morning to find half if the big screen black. It got worse and you couldn't hardly use it. I grabbed the receipts and drive down, as I live I. Ballarat. The manager/ owner was there also.I told him how o woke to a black screen and he basically called me a lies. I was so shocked and pointed out that the outside screen would be damaged not the inside screen. He then asked me to keave it there for a while. This pho e came with s 9 month warranty and was not even a month old so I fully expected to be compensated. When I arrived back he said I would not be getting my phone fixed or replaced ad I had Fter market screen protectors on. I said but you put them on and cgatgrd for them. They were there when I bought it. You said that was why it was dearer, the screen protectors were over$100. He just wVex his hands at Me and walked off our the back. I said to the woman what going to be done. She snatched the phone back off me and started fussing with it. Then she hoes "There ! ITS DIRTY. There is dirt under the screen protector, which has caused great lhone to short out. I asked if she would put it I. Writting and she did. Because they must not ha r vlranrf give screen before putting g the protector on. So it still fs on them . However yhru sJx the will mot be honouring the wNnenty. I have so ce dponen yo a clever fro. There and he said they won't pay no matter what Happened. He dosent think they have ever paid on one. I will be tLing this further . Much further. damagednlmafed pf
