Segafredo Zanetti New Zealand is the New Zealand arm of one of the world's best known Italian coffee brands. From our Auckland base in Mount Wellington we supply premium coffee beans, ground coffee and capsules alongside commercial, office and home coffee machines from La San Marco, Saeco, Gaggia and Coffex.
We have had our coffee machine serviced here for a number of years. The servicing is of a very high quality and they are very helpful and friendly. They even refused payment for an issue we had with our old machine even though it was about 4 months since the last service. Thankyou Segafredo!!
This is the 4th machine we have bought from Segafredo. We love their machines. We have just bought a Gaggia Cardenas plus machine and Stefano the Service Manager spent 20 minutes teaching us the features and comprehensive cleaning needed for this particular machine. This was the best explanation we have ever received pre purchase of any machine
Great service. I had Faith help me in-store and she gave me great advice on espresso equipment a beans, easy to understand and very beginner!
