We bought two mattresses (Queen & Twin) from Mr Ali, the owner of Seva Mattress Warehouse, and had an amazing experience! I came with my partner and my mother, and Ali was so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He explained everything about the mattresses and helped us find exactly what we needed. He even delivered them himself! Great quality, excellent service — definitely recommend Mr Ali and his company to anyone looking for a good night’s sleep.

I don’t leave many reviews but felt compelled to do so here. Couple months ago I walked into Kelowna location as I had just finished building my custom camper and now was the time to do cushions and main bed mattress. Looked at custom mattresses through Alibaba and Etsy, and Seva knocked it out of the park. Their cost was the lowest and I could actually put my hands and butt on their products, spent lots of time on a one on one and was able to pick out perfect product. I had goofed on my dimensions and custom cut was slightly off. So was all on me yet Seva asked for me to bring mattress back which I did fully expecting to pay for alterations. They sent mattress out to have cushions recut and did so all on their expense. WOW! That’s service! I’d highly recommend visiting them on your next mattress quest. Top notch service and experience!
