I had a very good experience at Seven Moons Hospital during my laparoscopic ovarian dermoid cyst removal. I would especially like to thank Dr. Tushar Agrawal, who is a very knowledgeable and confident doctor. He explained everything clearly and handled my procedure with great professionalism. Along with his expertise, his nature is also very kind and reassuring, which made me feel comfortable throughout my treatment. I would also like to thank Dr. Shobhana Singh, who came to see me after the operation. She was caring, and warm in her behaviour, which made me feel well taken care of. The hospital is very clean and well-maintained, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall environment is pleasant. The staff is also very cooperative and helpful. A special thanks to the nurses Anjana, Shivani, and Priya for being so helpful and taking such good care of me after the surgery. They were attentive, caring, and always supportive whenever I needed assistance. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with my experience at Seven Moons Hospital. We had a truly wonderful experience at Seven Moons Hospital. ❤️ My mother had been suffering from health issues for quite some time, and before coming here, we had visited different hospitals, consulted different doctors and undergone several tests, but we still did not have the clarity we needed. When I first visited Seven Moons Hospital, I met Alia at the reception. I explained my mother’s condition and that I wanted to consult Dr. Tushar Agarwal Sir. She patiently listened to everything, understood my concerns and helped me with the appointment. Even while managing reception and pharmacy-related work, she took the time to guide me properly. That first interaction gave me confidence to bring my mother here. Dr. Tushar Agarwal Sir listened to us patiently, explained the condition and treatment very clearly and guided us through all the necessary investigations. Before the surgery, we were also referred to Dr. Akshata Mam for the anaesthesia consultation, and everything was explained to us properly, which made us feel reassured. My mother underwent laparoscopic surgery and stayed for 2 nights and 3 days in the Jal Room. The hospital was clean and well maintained, the nursing staff were caring and responsive, and everyone treated us with kindness and professionalism. But my biggest and most heartfelt thanks go to Dr. Tushar Agarwal Sir. ❤️ As a son, seeing your mother go through surgery is never easy, but Sir’s guidance, patience and care gave our family immense reassurance throughout the treatment.
