I booked my trip from KL to Singapore 6 weeks in advance. Initially they mentioned I would get a confirmation in the evening before the trip which I didn’t until I followed up on the trip day morning. They confirmed a driver only to change it again an hour before the pick up. I initially booked a Toyota Innova but with the change of driver, it was a Starex. To make matters worse, the driver stopped in Johor and told us he needed to wait for someone, we went to the toilet in the meantime and when we came back, all our luggage including personal items had been moved to a very small car with a different driver (we didn’t have any leg room and my partner had to travel with a heavy bag on her lap). They told us we had to continue our trip in that car as the original driver couldn’t cross to Singapore. As soon as we got in, the new driver insisted for the trip fee to be paid before we crossed the Singapore border and was very adamant that we paid him while we were in Malaysia. It was very disappointing and nerve wrecking to get into this situation as a foreign traveller, being forced to change cars, drivers and to pay before the trip was finished, especially after booking a legit cab service. None of these procedures were communicated to us at any point during the 6 weeks after the booking and the way it was managed was quite unprofessional and unethical. Would not recommend!

Our driver gave us the advice to depart at 6:30 to make our connecting ride at 12:00. This was strange as it was only a 90 minute drive. When we asked about it he insisted it was necessary. We ended up waiting for 4 hours on the bus terminal, time we would obviously have rather spent in bed.

Good ride, we enjoy our Legoland trip! Definitely recommend this service.
