Couldn't hardly use my laptop at all for gaming which is what I bought it for, and he got me sorted out right and updated a bit.

Everything i was hoping to find. From the customer service, to the first hand education. Shawn treats me like family everytime! From in person to remote help. He makes it ez, convenient & cost efficient. I don't trust my tech to anyone else.
