Nicole and the team were beyond helpful and responsive, even on such short notice. The embroidery was amazing on the bags I had!! Highly recommend everyone to go to them for anything customized :)
Nikki did an absolutely over-the-top job on my embroidery project. From the very beginning, she worked closely with me to make sure the final design matched exactly what I had envisioned in my head.
