I was not thrilled with having to make a last minute emergency appt because my other endo with another company canceled on me last minute. I’m so glad I did. Dr Kim and Sierra went above and beyond for me. They listened. They were thorough. He diagnosed me with a less severe treatment plan than my other endo. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and bedside manner. This is the place to go if you need endo work done. So accommodating and knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Despite a miscommunication, the office went to great lengths to demonstrate that they care about their patients very much. Pleased with the resolution, and I'm thankful they went above and beyond for me.
