Went for exam March 10th. Got exam & tooth extracted the same day 👍🏾. Im a 100% satisfied with the results of the operation no pain or swelling it was easy going. The women at the front desk were welcoming & friendly. The assistant to the orthodontist was keeping me entertained til the operation begin. The female orthodontist was amazing!! She was tall wish i remembered there names. My total experience was GREAT!
Dr. McGuffin was incredibly kind and patient with my 2-year-old! It was our first visit, and I’m so glad we chose such a sweet and caring dentist. My son was a little nervous at first, but they quickly put him at ease with stickers and something to color. There was also a small issue with our insurance, and the receptionist handled it promptly and efficiently!
I recommend this dental office for their thorough professional work, excelkent teamwork, and price transparency . Dr. Caldwell explained whys behind all treatment after team took extensive xrays and initial data. Everyone took my concerns regarding pain anxiety seriously. I needed antibiotics due to multiple joint replacements. They made sure I had them beforehand. Dental hygienist Brittany who performed deep cleaning was gentle, made me feel at ease, and went above to make sure plaque was removed from deep pockets. Receptionists Krystal and Erica were friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. I felt co-pays were reasonable given work completed. I do recommend Signature Smiles Of Bastrop and will return.
