Ben was fabulous, thorough, and professional when estimating our project. Then, scheduling and financing was easy and fast. Tristan, Stephen and Cory were amazing installers who came on time, cleaned up after themselves, wore shoe booties when in our home, worked efficiently, and were excellent all-around! I had a great experience with the Sinclaire home service. The technician called when he was on his way. He was professional, and took the time to explain the issues and the repair process.. The technician came to do an AC Tune-Up and I show an issue with a leaky pipe. He said it was a line from the refrigerator and I needed a plumber. He offered to get the plumber here. The plumber arrived in 10 minutes and completed the repairs. The customer service and the quality of the work was outstanding. I highly recommend Sinclaire Home Service for your repair needs.
We had a boiler installed yesterday, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The sales process with Ben was great — he gave us plenty of options to choose from, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and really helped guide us in the right direction without any pressure. On installation day, Dave and Vinny were awesome. They were professional, polite, and very informative throughout the process.
