We spend two months in one of the two-bedroom villas. It's relatively new, and was nice and clean when we moved in, except a horrible smell in one of the bathrooms, but this was quickly taken care of. In fact, the staff was very helpful whenever there was any issues. Electricity and water was included in our rent (in some villas it's not I heard). The private pool is quite small, but there is a 25 m communal pool just a few steps away, by the resturant (which is quite good actually). The private pool is cleaned once a week. Additional cleaning of the villa must be payed for. The area is well taken care of and looks very nice. There is construction of new villas just next to these ones, which we found a bit noisy at times. Just a tip: Take pictures of everything when you move in, as they will count even the teaspoons upon checkout, and charge you a hefty price for anything they say is missing. To conclude - We had a comfortable stay, and can safely recommend staying here!

Horrible service! Lots of hidden cost involved which led us to spend more money than what we planned. I wish they would’ve told us this from the beginning. I do not recommend this place. There are many other beautiful villas in the same area for a cheaper price with better facilities and services.

If you're looking for an honest review, this is as real as it gets! Our family of six stayed at Sivana Gardens for six weeks, and we absolutely loved the house. It was very clean. The only thing we can complain about is that the kitchen wasn’t as well-equipped as we would have liked — there weren’t enough utensils, glasses, and plates. That being said, the pricing was really fair. We looked at a lot of long-term rentals in Hua Hin, and for the same price or even more, nothing else offered the same level of comfort and service. What truly stood out to us was the service and kindness we received. While we were traveling for a few weeks before returning to Sivana Gardens, they allowed us to store part of our luggage there. Unfortunately, due to a medical emergency, we had to fly back home unexpectedly. Danny, who we believe is the owner of Sivana Gardens, answered our call late in the evening and immediately arranged a driver to transport all our luggage from Hua Hin to Bangkok, ensuring we could catch our flight home on time. This level of support and understanding meant the world to us, especially since we had to terminate our contract before it even started. Just this act of kindness says a lot about Sivana Villas and their values. We are truly grateful for everything they did for us.
