When I contacted them, they completely denied responsibility and refused to provide any support or warranty service. This is extremely unprofessional and dishonest behavior. They only care about taking money and do not stand behind their products. Totally fake claims and poor quality items. Be very careful before buying from them.

Guys do not get trapped. They have the worst quality fitness equipments. They claim they have imported fitness equipment but it is totally fake. I spent 300k for a treadmill which got malfunctioned in less than a month. They denied taking responsibility. These guys are thiefs. Be careful.
