Very bad service.SM automationis not ready to give the service inspirt of full payment.I bought a PCB growing machine on 29th November, 2025 which was already 20 -24 days late.For installation no one came . Machine was unloaded by the driver itself. A driver was not ready to deliver the machine and was adamant for full payment which was done according to their policy but no professionalism towards customer From the start the machine created lots of problem, repeated complaints were replied that the service will me provided on 10th December no it is shifted to 10th January . No professional ethics. Still waiting for the service with an excuse that they are out of station and lack of manpower . I regret buying from SM automation

Bought Single Spindle machine and its accuracy is around 20-30micron . Planning to buy ATC. Situated in Kolkata still getting services without hassle.

Bought tinning machine in year 2018, still using without any issue. Fantastic customer service. The owner is very friendly and helpful
