Very bad service,more than 3 months chasing them to refund our credit with no response

Sorry to say, extremely poor service offered by this company. I have never experienced such a bad customer enquiry management from any company. We are a website development company and we have many requests from our customers to host the website within Oman Oman and we wanted to get some pricing information from ODP. We tried chat on the website but no response even after week, we called but no one is responding, we sent email and there are no response. Can anyone say, how to reach this company?

Fix your Payment Processing system, We've renewed our domain 1 week earlier than the expiry date but still the domain got expired! We were surprised to see in the control panel that the payment is still processing!! 1 week and still the status is on "Processing Payment"! This affected our business! It's really disappointing to see this from a company like Oman Data Park!!! We had to call and explain and wait till the issue was resolved!
