Smiley Drain Plumbing and DrainCleaningPROVerified business?

After getting our water tested, we decided it was time to install a whole house water filter in our Caldwell home. Mike handled the installation and did a great job from start to finish. He mounted the system right after the main shut-off, added bypass valves so we can change the cartridge without shutting off water to the whole house, and labeled everything clearly so it’s easy to understand. The install took a few hours, and we could already notice the water tastes much better afterward. We got three quotes before choosing a company, and this was easily the best local service company for this kind of install.

We had a leaking shower valve in our upstairs bathroom that needed to be repaired, and Smiley Drain handled it really well. The plumber had to open the wall from the back side through the closet, but he cut a very neat access panel and kept the wall damage minimal. He replaced the valve cartridge and trim, then tested everything at both temperatures to make sure it was working properly. The shower no longer drips when it’s turned off. Clean repair overall and the bill was reasonable too.

Mike handled a water heater replacement at my place and it went smoothly. He was on time, got it done without any hiccups, and left the area clean. Really nothing to complain about.
