Snow Palace was a great experience, and we really enjoyed our visit. We couldn't stay inside for very long because of the cold, so we spent only about 10 minutes there, but it was a lot of fun. We accidentally left our mobile phone behind, but the staff inside were very honest and helpful. They found the phone and handed it over to the cash counter. We later contacted them and got our phone back safely. A big thank you to the staff for keeping our phone safe and returning it to us. We truly appreciate their honesty and excellent service. 🙏😊

The snow area itself is not very big, but it’s well done and enjoyable. There’s a slide inside, and honestly 30 minutes is more than enough to take photos and have fun. The place also has a mirror maze and photo spots, which are worth checking out if you enjoy taking pictures. Overall, it’s a fun experience to try at least once, especially with friends or family.
