This company is the real deal! I was quoted a reasonable price on the phone, and when Michael came he confirmed the quote - no switch & bait tactics. He did a WONDERFUL job. I felt like I had a new carpet (really 20+ years old). I will hire Special Touch to come in at least twice a year from now on. I’m very happy.
