Had our pergola fitted today by Karl & Scott and all I can say is wow. Two fantastic lads, courteous, and helpful, just such nice people, did an amazing job, neat and tidy and just lovely lads. My whole experience from start to finish has been amazing, communication second to none, Lianne took time to go through all options without any pressure sales, then communication to date of install was brilliant, super fast delivery and install. Thank you to your great team for a wonderful experience and a fantastic pergola. Definitely recommend and will definitely use again thank you. Will add more photos when the garden furniture arrives and with the lights on thankyou again to all.

We recently had our garden transformed with a brand new patio, steps down from our French doors, sleeper borders, and two long sleeper planters — and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From the very first visit, Dan was fantastic. He came out to measure up, really listened to what we wanted, and also offered some great ideas we hadn’t even considered. He made us feel completely at ease, and we knew straight away we wanted to go with him. The team who carried out the work were absolutely brilliant. They just got on with it — come rain, hail, or anything else — and worked at an incredible pace without compromising on quality. A special mention to Baz, who went above and beyond throughout and was an absolute star. The finished result has completely exceeded our expectations. We honestly couldn’t recommend Spencer & Co enough. We’re already planning our next project with them and have been recommending them to all our family and friends. Thank you Dan and the whole team — you’ve absolutely smashed it!
