I took a 2 day course, intro to climbing and top rope anchors which were both great!! My instructor the first intro day was Sarah, who was able to provide lots of helpful trips and tricks for different ways to grip or gain purchase on holds while climbing. The second day for top rope anchors my instructor was Jesse, and he has a wealth of knowledge and experience! He was patient, professional and provided great information on gear for someone who is new to the sport of climbing. Would absolutely recommend booking with Squamish Climbing Academy! 😊

It was my first time ever rock climbing and it was a blessing to learn it with Jesse. He was always very helpful teaching us climbing and we had a great after school course and learned a lot. Would recommend it, especially for beginners

Our families spent a great half day with Jesse as he took us top roping and rappelling. He was amazing with the kids (2-7yos and 1-10yo), teaching them quite a few things while being super patient and adjusting for each of their skill levels. The 3 adults really had a great time as well, learning various techniques and getting in some climbs. Thank you, Jesse, for such an amazing experience!
