Bad service desk and call support not a nation wise company. please update number for Karachi service desk and helpline as per 1199 they are only Punjab and KPK. Over bill helpline is 1199 but not so and given Karachi number not working or not picking calls.
Very bad services, when we called on helpline numbers in working hours they never picked calls, and the given gas schedule is not following. They should sell this department to public as all people are sleeping there.
